May 2005 Symonds begin testing Stage 1 of their web based customer information management system. This system allows our customers to check on their account, place orders and track order status and perform inventory enquiries.

Stage 2 will bring in invoice viewing and reprint capability, include marketing features such as automated product information delivery and much more.
